“Do I have an anxiety disorder?” Test yourself quickly here!
Ever wondered if you, or someone you care about, might have an anxiety disorder?
Here’s a free self-test to help you answer that question! And it won’t even take you more than a minute!
This is NOT the same as actually going to see a doctor: the scores you get cannot be used as a diagnosis. But I’ve found from experience that, for people who’re uncertain about if they might need to see a doctor, this kind of tests are one way to help them decide.Test yourself for anxiety in just 1 minute - for FREE! And one more thing: don’t be discouraged if you get a high score that suggests there’s a problem. It’s actually much better to know there’s a problem than to not know. Knowing the problem has a real name (and you aren’t just weird or something) is even better still.
This is a test for if you are currently likely to have an anxiety disorder. So in answering the questions, think back over the past two weeks only, not your entire life. (That also means you can always come back again to take it.)
In the last two weeks, have you noticed that you have experienced any of the following?
NOTE: This self-test is for your information only and cannot replace a professional mental health consultation. It is based on the research-validated GAD-7, which was developed to be self-administered. The GAD-7 was developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams, Kurt Kroenke and colleagues, with an educational grant from Pfizer Inc.
