Suicide takes more lives than murders and wars do.
The problem is clearly serious, and again and again we hear news of someone else who died by suicide.
One of the biggest problems is, suicides are difficult to predict. Sometimes, even the person who takes their lives by suicide doesn’t appreciate how serious the problem is.
So I created this free online suicide test to help make it easier to come to this difficult decision: am I really suicidal and do I need to get help for my mental health? Don’t wonder how serious the problem is: take one minute to find out right now.Help save a life. Share this test to discover suicide risk in 1 minute! Click To Tweet
This is NOT the same as actually going to see a doctor: the scores don’t represent a diagnosis. But if you’ve been uncertain about whether you might need to get help, this is a good place to start.
And don’t forget: knowing there’s a problem is the first step to getting help for it.

NOTE: The self-test above is for your information only and cannot replace a professional mental health consultation. It is based on the Suicidal Behaviours Questionnaire – Revised (SBQ-R), by Osman, Bagge, Gutierrez, Konick, Kopper, & Barrios (2001). The SBQ-R is a clinically valid and reliable test for quickly identifying people at increased risk of suicide.
